  • After closing pick up keys and gate passes and Walkthrough with Builder/Agent  $35
  • Check fluids and start stored vehicle and run for 10 min. to charge battery monthly $10
  • Charge ELECTRIC golf cart batteries monthly & short drive/add distilled water as needed   $10
  • Check fluids and start GAS powered golf cart and drive for 5 minutes to charge battery  $10
  • Meeting and monitoring deliveries, contractors and advise as needed  $35/First Hour then $15/hr there after
  • Inspect after severe storm/weather and results sent via email  $30
  • ‘Welcome Home’ Prepare for return as instructed by owners (See checklist) $45
  • Departure - Closing home for season (See checklist)  $35
  • Maintenance items i.e. change batteries in smoke detectors and change lightbulbs $10 + Materials

Rental Properties

We Care! 'Always Available' for your tenants:

Integrity First Services will care for your home while it is rented. We will check your home once a month to ensure your property is being properly maintained while it is rented. We will pick up renter keys and visually inspect your home and property, and send you an email report. This will enable you to release the renters’ security deposit, having peace at mind knowing the true condition your property was left in. We greet your renters upon arrival to your home and answer any question they may have, and will be available to your renters for any issues that may arise.

  Flat Fee – No Percent (%) of Rent

  • Turn off electric hot water heater with circuit breaker, set gas hot water heater to lowest setting possible
  • Set thermostat for A/C heat to away setting
  • Turn off ice maker, dispose of spoilable items, ice and set refrigerator to vacation setting with baking soda
  • Unplug all unnecessary electric items and appliances
  • Make sure all garbage and recycling is disposed of properly
  • Ensure all window, sliders and doors are locked and secured
  • Close all drapes, shutter and blinds per owner instructions
  • Place baking soda in dishwasher sump and garbage disposal
  • Open all closet and cabinet doors for air circulation
  • Set security alarm (if installed)
  • Flush all toilets, and cover with plastic
  • Turn off main water supply (by request)
  • Set lights on timer(s) provided by client (by request)

'Welcome Home'

  • Turn on main water on and check all facets and drains
  • Power on electric hot water heater with circuit breaker, and check settings (if gas) Turn setting up and confirm heating before leaving.
  • Turn on ice maker and fridge.
  • Close all cabinet and closet doors.
  • Reset A/C or Heat to specific temperature.
  • Charge electric golf cart only if you have requested putting water in batteries ($5.00 per occurrence)
  • Charge battery for gas golf cart.
  • Set all clocks
  • Remove plastic from toilets
  • Clean all toilets and check operation of flush
  • Clean all bugs and debris from front of home and sweep entrance
  • Take out Lanai furniture if stored inside
  • Vehicle start-up per request, charge battery, run for 15min, check for flats/low tire pressure and add air as required.
